Review & Analysis.

After our initial engagement by the customer, we will undertake a review of website(s), social media presence and any other digital properties.

We will request :
– a breakdown of the company’s current product offering to identify opportunities;
– access to any data on website or social media engagement.

We will identify :
– technical weaknesses;
– missed engagement opportunities;
– friction/drop-off points;
– digital engagement opportunities;
– optimisation opportunities.

We will provide :
– a comprehensive analysis in presentation format;
– a supporting video conference to elaborate and discuss any next steps

We will not :
– encourage you to hire internal or external staff/services without optimising current resources first;
– encourage you to buy high-priced services or products but will show you the range of options available to you to manage your costs.
